To whom it may concern I would like a manager/supervisor regarding my complaint. I dont appreciate not being given many options and I dont appreciate the fact that my concerns were not addressed. Representatives unpro4and rude, long hold time, unnecessary games, falsifying statements.Credit should not have taken over 60 days, I should not have had my disability rights violated. To whom it may concern, I am submitting this unacceptable response regarding the above complaint for the following reasons,Conpany letter does not include name and department employee signatureI have already provided information regarding the original date of the dispute (*****) who failed to properly file dispute (which caused a 30 day delay)Representative did not reach me by phone, however, I left 2 messages replying to the Representative (phone records will verify)None of my other matters were addressed. **In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my issue. Unprofessional and ridiculous, addressing me as the wrong gender, failing to provide updated cc with chip (2021) and more I Have been mistreated throughout the duration of having this card. Continetal finance has violated credit rights, allowed companies to charge, refused to credit my card, plays games, long hold wait times (30 min), representatives are obnoxiously rude, refuse to give me corporate headquarters and the director. It is now june 2023, and I have not recieved my credit. Upon leaving 2 responding messages with these details again. The details are that I was charged for an item I never recieved. The details were given to diane in march/april 2023. Supervisor forwarded this information to a dispute specialist who then called me in may and tried to justify this mishap by claiming they needed details regardng the purchase. Gave me a reference number.Ĭalled back in april 2023 and was informed by a supervisor that my dispute had not been assigned yet. Gave her the personal information and details. Filed a dispute against (ebay) in march 2023
